How long does it last?

 

A laserponcture® session lasts between 15 and 20 minutes for SCI individuals who haven't had OEG cells transplantation; between 20 and 30 minutes for transplanted SCI individuals.

 

How often should one come?

 

One to two weeks every 8 weeks depending on the distance of your home from the clinic; it can be one month or more according to financial possibilities and geographical distance (far distant countries from France).

 

Is laserponcture painful?
 

No, it is a non invasive technique.

 

Are there any side-effects?
 

No.

 

Where can one see the first results from the treatment?
 

1 to 3 months after the beginning of the treatment and depending on your SCI level.

 

Does laserponcture help other pathologies than SCI?
 

Yes. Especially rheumatism and neurological pains (experimental protocol on pain performed at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Régional (CHUR), Jules Courmont, Lyon, France, 1987-92).
