- Prendre l'A6 direction Lyon jusqu'à l'intersection avec l'A77 direction
Nevers
- Sortir à La Charité-s/Loire (sortie n°28) et suivre la direction de
Bourges
- Au feu rouge le long de la Loire, prendre à droite ; passer les deux
ponts au-dessus de la Loire puis le pont au-dessus du canal latéral à la
Loire
- Prendre à gauche après le monument aux morts de La Chapelle Montlinard
le long de la N151
- La maison est sur votre droite, 2 route du Pavillon
Situated in the village of La Chapelle Montlinard approximately ½ a
kilometre from the Laserponcture Clinic and 2 kilometres from the town of
La Charite sur Loire.

The lounge boasts 2
French windows to the terrace and includes a 2-seater sofa, 1 armchair,
a 3-seater bed/settee, wood burner and a television with DVD. There is
also a dining table with 6 chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes
a microwave oven, a conventional oven, 4 gas rings and a fridge.

Bedroom 1 has an electric medical bed, a
king size bed, a wardrobe and a hoist. The French windows open onto the
terrace.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed
and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, large wash basin,
a bidet and a raised toilet with grab rail.

The wheel-in wet room has a multi-spray
shower and a shower chair.

Downstairs there is a garage and a cellar
fitted with a washing machine, tumble drier and a freezer.

Outdoors on the terrace there is a BBQ
plus outdoor furniture.

Linen, towels, central heating and
electricity are all included in the price.
Price per week (Saturday afternoon to
Saturday morning) is 350 euros.
Directions
From the Laserponcture Clinic – Turn
right and continue to the main road, turn right then first left and the
house is through the first gateway on the right hand side.
From England – Cross the channel from
Dover and then get onto the A1 heading towards Paris (from Calais just
follow the signs for Paris - from Dunkerque head for Lille then Paris –
from Boulogne take the A16 to Amiens, then the A29 until turning off at
the sign for Paris).
Once on the A1, keep going until you have
gone under the runway/taxiway at Charles de Gaulle airport. Take the next
turning onto the N104 – sign posted to Marne le Vallee.
Stay on the N104/A104 all the way to the A6
(you will need to change lanes occasionally but always follow signs for
Lyon until the A5 and then keep on the A104 until you get to the A6
heading south towards Lyon).
Once on the A6, keep going until turning off
along the A77 which will take you all the way to La Charite sur Loire
which is junction 28.
Follow the signs to Bourges which will take
you into town along the river and then over the bridge by a set of traffic
lights. Having crossed the bridge, keep going for a kilometre or so until
you have gone over the canal. Take the next left which is sign posted to
Jussey le Chaudrier and the house is through the first gateway on the
right hand side.
