11 May 2009: improvement
- More pins and needles in various locations.
- I feel like something when someone touches me (manipulation with my physiotherapist).

6 Jul. 2009: improvement
- Pins and needles have increased.
- Light feelings of warmness.
- Bladder: a few leakings after my laser sessions.

24 Aug. 2009: improvement
- Pins and needles have increased a little more.
- Bladder: two leakings after my last laser session

3 Nov. 2009: no improvement
- Pins and needles have increased +++.
- Bladder: more leakings (consequences of my surgery to remove the plates in my back on Oct. 7th, 2009)

12 Jan. 2010: no improvement
- Many bladder leakings since my last stay (Nov. 09) ==> virus caught at the hospital in Dijon when my plates were removed; antibiotherapy since Nov. (Oroken, Bactrim, Furadantine)
- Many spasms, especially at night (==> bad sleep)
- Pain in my abdominal muscles on the left and on the right (like an inflammation)
- Bladder: many leakings

23 March 2010: improvement and no improvement
- Stronger pins and needles
- Bladder: many leakings because of a virus (streptococcus)

25 May 2010: improvement and no improvement
- Frequent feeling of a wave in my legs
- Frequent and important pins and needles
- Feel tired because of the streptococcus
- Bladder: a few leakings after the last laser session and certainly because of the streptococcus

29 June 2010: improvement and no improvement
- Feel pins and needles, waves of warmness in my quadriceps + ???, boiling in my calves and feet
- The virus in my bladder (since October 2009) causes me leakings + I often feel tired

3 Aug. 2010: improvement and no improvement
- Increased pins and needles, waves of heat
- Burning sensation, electricity
- Bladder: bladder leakings still going on (because of a virus caught in 2009!!!!)

7 Sep 2010: improvement and no improvement
- Heat waves in my left and right quadriceps
- Pins and needles
- A lot of neurological pain (like electric shocks)
- Bladder: surgery on Aug. 11th (3 little stones) ==> presumably no more infections

22 Nov 2010: improvement and no improvement
- Still constant pins and needles; I feel like electricity in my calves (warmness); I feel as if I'm contracting my buttocks (then pins and needles)
- Bladder: ongoing UTI; numerous leakings again...!!!

28 Feb 2011:
- Burning sensations in my quads, feel like I have wet socks
- Waves of heat, tingling (more or less like compesc, ie small electric shocks quickly succeeding each other)
- Bladder: recurring UTIs (always...)

10 May 2011:
- Pins and needles, waves of heat
- Bladder : recurring UTIs always
