Update 1 Aug. 2008 written by Hugues-Raphaël:

- I've come since Oct. 2007, it's my fifth set of sessions. My forth set of sessions with more intense doses of laser left me much tired and it took me some time to recover.
-
I have more strength in my lower limbs; I can walk if two persons assist me or in the parallel bars.
- Before I could take 15-16 steps, now I can take up to 50-60 steps.
- I can feel better hot or cold in my hands

Update 7 Jan. 2009 written by Hugues-Raphaël
- Less pain in my neck
- Transfers are easier (I can push more on my legs)
- I get tired less quickly; my overall condition gets better
- I can do more exercises with my physio, more walking
- Less spasticity

Update 30 April 2009, written by Hugues-Raphaël
- Felt tired for about 1 month after my last lasers
- Work with physio on transfers
- Easier to stand up

Update 28 Aug. 2009, written by Hugues-Raphaël
- More strength in my legs when I stand up

Update 25 Jan. 2010, written by Hugues-Raphaël
- More strength in my legs ==> transfers are easier
- It's easier to go from a sitting position (in my wheelchair) to a standing position; when "warmed up", I can do it all by myself
- I can now have lunch sitting on a normal chair
