- Motor sytem:
Right side: abdominal muscles: normal; sartorius: 2+; adductors: 3+; quadriceps: 1+.
Left side: abdominal muscles: normal; sartorius: 1+; adductors:
Walks daily with her KAFOs and walker or quad cane since Dec. 2001. - Sensory system:
Right side: T12 ASIA B; hypoaesthesia at level L1-L2 to any types of sensibility (touch, pain, hot, cold, pressure); anesthesia at level L3-S2.
Left side: level T11, hypoaesthesia when pinched at level T12-L1; anesthsia at level L3-S2. - Bowels: sometimes feels when her bowels are full through spasms in her right leg, and/or pain in her right buttock; uses microlax to pass stools or enema; always checks if it is fully emptied; frequent leakings.
- Bladder: often feels when her bladder is full through inconstant spasms in her upper right thigh; 5 to 6 cath./day; frequent leakings.

1. Mobility
- 8 Jan. 2004: can do stationary bike.
2. Walk
- 8 Jan. 2004: walks in her KAFOs on the treadmill backwards and forwards.
- 18 June 2004: her left lower limb moves better when walking, easier to take a step.
3. Bowels and bladder
- Bladder:
9 Feb. 2004: after the laser treatments, felt the need to pass water more precisely + feeling closer to normal, but fleeting feeling. - Intimate sensations: after the laser treatments, felt pain when
using the catheter at 2 or 3 times.
More sensibility in the right labia majora. - After the second set of laserponcture® treatments, feels pain before her periods, pain which existed before her SCI.
